Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your BlazePod kit and accessories in their original packaging to ensure the sensors remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
